- Get assistance from our Faults departments
Use the Contact us page to find the number for the department who can assist with the particular service you are having a fault with.
If you are unable to call our Faults department, please use either the Online Faults form or email us with the details and we will call you back.
Please include following information in your email:
- Your full name
- The faulty line number
- An alternative contact number (e.g. mobile number so our faults team can call you back)
- Description of the fault
