Telecom tries to manage any faults before they happen, however there will be occasions when unexpected problems occur and could also take time to fix.
If you think there is a problem...
- You can check Telecom Service Alert for any known problems on the Telecom network
- Call our Faults team - their number is on the Contact Us page
- Contact us online via our Online Faults form
- Email Us with the details and we will call you back.
Include following information in your email:
- Your full name
- The faulty line number
- An alternative contact number (e.g. mobile number so our faults team can call you back)
- Description of the fault
