If your phone line is not working, follow these steps to troubleshoot the problem.
- Check your equipment by unplugging everything from your jackpoints
- Leave it for 30 seconds
- Plug in a phone that you know works.
- Try making a call. If it works, then the fault will be with something that was plugged into your line.
- To work out which piece of equipment might be faulty, plug each piece of equipment back in one at a time, trying to make a call after each one.
