Locate PUK Code and Unlock SIM Card
How to locate PUK code and unlock a device when a SIM card is locked from entering an incorrect PIN 3 times.
When purchasing a new SIM pack, the PUK code is now included in that pack to ensure easy access to re-setting your PIN.
If you lose the code you can still access your PUK code information by viewing your account online with MyTelecom.
- Log into MyTelecom
- Click Products & Services tab
- Click Pay Monthly Bill
- Scroll Down
- Select the number of the PUK Code you require
- PUK code will be displayed
Important: If you input the PUK code 10 times incorrectly the SIM card will become permanently disabled and you will need a new SIM card.
