Create Calendar Entry - Samsung Galaxy S III
- Tap Applications
- Tap S Planner
- Tap the + icon
- Tap Done
- Tap the Tap to Enter Title field
- Enter the name of the event
- Tap the From Date field
- Tap the arrows on the Day, Month and Year fields up or down to reach your desired event start date
- Tap Set
- Tap the From Time field
- Tap the arrows on the Hour, Minute and AM/PM fields up or down to reach your desired event start time
- Tap Set
- Tap the To Date field
- Tap the arrows on the Day, Month and Year fields up or down to reach your desired event end date
- Tap Set
- Tap the To Time field
- Tap the arrows in the Hour, Minute and AM/PM fields up or down to reach your desired event end time
- Tap Set
- Tap the Time Zone field
- Tap Show All
- Tap the desired time zone
- If the event is an all day event, tap the All Day check box
- Tap the Repeat field
- Tap the desired recurrence setting of the calendar event (i.e. Every Weekday (Mon-Fri)) in the desired repetition setting
- Tap OK
- Tap the Location field
- Enter the location details of the event
- Tap the Description field
- Enter the description details of the event
- Tap the Reminders field
- Tap to select the desired time you wish to be reminded (i.e. 20mins Before)
- Tap the Notification field
- Tap to amend if desired (i.e. Email)
- Tap the Participants field
- Enter the email address of the participants you wish to invite to this event
- Tap the Show Me As field
- Tap the desired option (i.e. Busy)
- Tap the Privacy field
- Tap the desired privacy option (i.e. Default)
- Tap Save
- Press the Home button to return to the home screen
