If you've received your first bill and it's not making much sense, here we can help you understand those charges.

  • Telecom services are billed one month in advance. When you connect any new services with us you'll be charged from the day you get the service to the last day of your bill cycle (partial month charge) plus one month's rental in advance
  • You will only receive partial charging or credits if you have connected or disconnected within your bill cycle period
  • If any of your services have a contract term, you will see the details of this on your first bill
  • After this first account you will have exactly one month's charge each month

What happens when I change plans?

You recently connected your service & within 30 days you upgraded your plan

30 day minimum - Minimum 30 day period charge.

Bill Example: Request to change plan from Telecom Home Package 5GB on the 02.03.13 to Telecom Home Package 50GB (Starting from 03.0313) while within the first 30 days of having the service.
Customers are required to pay a minimum of 30 days for services. This charge covers this from the date of change to the last day of your bill cycle.

Image Calling Plan - Your calling plan charged one month in advance and your total per day rate until your first bill period
Image Wire & Maintenance - One month charge in advance
Image Home Phone Plan or Package - One month rental in advance
Image Home Phone Plan or Package - Partial charge from date of connection to the last day of your bill cycle
Image Connection details - New product or service details including internet

Any portion you paid in advance will be credited back to you.
